Your timer was updating firmware and dropped offline. Can you reach out to us at techsupport.orbitonline.com or call us at 800-488-6156. We can have one of our tech support agents assist you with this issue.

KeymasterRmanz,
I have attempted to manually push the firmware through for you. This should only take 30 minutes at most. After 30 minutes, please try deleting the app, re installing and see if you then have access to the app and your timer. If you are still running into issues please reach out to use at 800-488-6156 or at [email protected]

ParticipantIt took me few days to find out how to get in contact with technical support regarding firmware upgrade. Why it should be so difficult? Find the Forum-> get authorized to use the Forum-> ask for the firmware to be upgraded. If there is a problem with the firmware upgrade, B-Hyve management should make a shortcut on HomePage for a quick response or action. Customers would feel that the company cares about them.
Sorry Stephen, I am addressing this to your company and management, so you can show them some feedback.
I have the same problem. On my phone when the App is open, it is trying to “communicate” to the unit for firmware upgrade and hanging on it forever.

KeymasterEddyc05,
I went to look at your timer and it is on firmware 38 now. It looks like the timer update over night as intended.

MAC address: 44:67:55:01:8D:C2
Firmware Version:0032
Hardware Version: WT25-0001Does my unit needs an update?

KeymasterJaek4347,
Yes your unit should need a firmware update. You will have to be in Bluetooth range (about 30′) to be able to force the update to go through. This procedure for updating is just for the hose end timer. The hub will receive automatic updates.
If you are still unable to update I suggest controlling the timer via Bluetooth and then going into settings>devices>your timer>update firmware.

ParticipantSo this doesn’t sound like it applies to me since I don’t think my 6-zone timer even has Bluetooth. When I tap the upper wifi icon it just goes into Update Wifi Settings.
I’m still locked into the “Connecting” loop until I close the app.

I just installed a new Orbit B-hyve and it does not want to run in Manuel mode 1 zone at a time, it work great from the app. I believe my devices firmware is horribly out of date, says its running Debug-0010 and i cant seem to fine a way to update it through the app, will it update automatically after a few days of service, and in the future?
