I would like to confirm my hardware firmware is up-to-date before I set my system up for the spring. Could you confirm the latest firmware for 03/2019?

    HUB:
    MAC: 44:67:55:20:07:25
    Firmware Version: DEBUG-0017
    H/w Version: BH1-0001

    HOSE_TIMER1:
    MAC: 44:67:55:10:E1:6B
    Firmware Version: 0032
    H/w Version: HT25-0000

    HOSE_TIMER2:
    MAC: 44:67:55:10:74:67
    Firmware Version: 0032
    H/w Version: HT25-0000

    Thanks!

@carpetryd The firmware updates will roll out automatically. The only time we need to manually push it is if you have a spotty Wi-Fi connection, or if the firmware has not actually been released. I show that your hub is now on the current firmware. Your Hose Faucet Timers will need to be manually updated once we release the fimrware (which should be coming out soon).

I’m having random watering issues on two B-Hyves, they both water off schedule and dont record the watering in “watering history”. I discovered that both are on outdated firmware and cannot seem to figure out how to get updated firmware. This is kind of ridiculous that these devices run randomly, cant be controlled properly and I can’t even update the firmware to try and correct the issue. Truly one of the worst products I have ever owned. Please update the firmware for the following devices and maybe try to make a product that doesn’t suck:

    Mac Address: 44:67:55:40:84:A2
    Firmware version: 0020
    Hardware Version: WT24-0001

    Mac Address: 44:67:55:40:55:C9
    Firmware version: 0026
    Hardware Version: WT24-0001

@aaronheun version 20 is actually the current firmware version for your timer, and 26 is the beta firmware. If you’d like me to, I can push your 40:84:A2 timer to v26 so they are both on the beta firmware.
