Keymaster@Don I would be happy to update your firmware, please provide me with the MAC ID of your timer. These will eventually roll out to everybody, we just do slow roll outs to ensure nothing is bad with them before pushing it to everybody.

ParticipantHi there – please update my firmware as well… I’m hoping the new firmware will resolve a number of issues I’ve been having:
a) The weather does not ever show up on the home screen of the app – and many of the weather stations available in my area suddenly no longer are.. and I’m not talking about personal weather stations… I’m talking about the stations at the various airports near me, etc.
b) No rain delays are ever triggered any more (they worked all last year) – despite us having a VERY wet spring. My lawn is now full of mushrooms. 🙁
c) When I *manually* enter a rain delay, the timer still runs its regular schedule, despite the app saying that it won’t water for something like the next 3 days. For example, yesterday I checked the app and it said the schedule would start at around 4:30 am on Sunday morning (this was Thursday evening). I woke up this morning (Friday) to a notification that the watering had just finished. My address is entered in the app.
I bought this timer more than a year ago, and it’s worked great up until this spring… had nothing but problems with it over the last 4-6 weeks.
My MAC address is: 44:67:55:01:36:CD
Current firmware version: 0031
Hardware Version: wt25-0001Thanks!

ParticipantWhat is the latest firmware number for the HRC-400?
In addition, no one seems to be answering the Live Chat, is there an email I can asked a tech support question.
I have a ! (exclamation point) system next to the wifi on the display. I can’t find anywhere what that means and it says my unit is not connected.Spread the love!June 5, 2018 at 7:46 pm #2696Endlessender

MAC Address: 44:67:55:01:3d:f4
Firmware Version: 0031
Hardware Version: wt25-0001
Wi-Fi Version: 1.4.0Spread the love!June 5, 2018 at 11:35 pm #2708Ryan
Participant@sdtoddl, it depends on the timer you have, but 32/45 or 23 would be the latest. I you could provide me with your mac address then I can check/update your firmware for you.
@Endlessender, your firmware is up to date.Spread the love!June 6, 2018 at 2:18 am #2724sdtoddl
ParticipantThe firmware is: 44:67:55:01:9D:CC
I also have 44:67:55:00:f8:E4, 44:67:55:01:FC:F4, 44:67:55:02:0E:20What does the exclamation point next to the wifi on the display symbol mean?

Participant@sdtoddl, I’ve updated the firmware for all of your devices but the 44:67:55:01:9D:CC timer. this is because it is not connected to internet, and cannot receive the update because of this. the exclamation mark you are seeing means that your timer is connected to your router but not to the internet. You could try resetting your router and timer you may also need to power cycle your devices too. If the issues continue please call your ISP and our product support line.

ParticipantCan I update the firmware or should I call frequently to update the firmware through customer service? My model #57946 and Mac ID 44:67:55:02:D3:8C and firmware version DEBUG-0010. I prefer this gets updated automatically. Thanks

Participant@SRIJEY, THEY AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE WHEN WE PUSH UPDATES, LIKE WHNE A NEW FIRMWARE VERSION IS AVAILABLE. AS LONG AS YOUR DEVICE IS CONNECTED TO THE INERNET IT WILL RECIEVE THESE UPDATES.

ParticipantWhy does my firmware show DEBUG-0010? Wouldn’t debug be a beta firmware>
MAC address 44:67:55:03:20:D6
Also will we ever be able to run our timers via network only when the internet or your site is down?
Thanks

Participant@sdault, The debug firmware is the default that all of out timers have when they are shipped out. As long as you have a custom program even if the server is down or you don’t have a internet connection your timer will still run. You could also use the Bluetooth connection as well.

ParticipantRyan, yes I know the timer will run without internet or server access. Unlike the rest of my smart home products I can not access it when this happens to run a manual zone or stop watering or a rain delay. Not a real problem, just an inconvenience. Will blue tooth allow access to the timer when I have no access to your server?
Thanks
