    I am unable to pair my new B-Hyve with my Android. The Orbit B-Hyve instructions for Android advises “Verify that the Wi-Fi connection signal in the top left corner of the timer’s display is not solid or blinking but emanating upward one line at a time”. The wifi icon on my unit blinks and there is the word “FAIL” on the right side. I suspect that this is not a good thing. Any advice before I return it?

    LKSTAACk, thank you so much for asking us for help. It sounds like the timer is in testing mode. Press clear and then do a power cycle of the timer and it should allow you to pair them. If you have any further issues, please reach out again.
