I woke up this morning to a notification:

    Device Mode: Off
<Zone>: Mode has been changed to off

I did not make this change and I am unable to change it back to Auto in the app or on the website. Any ideas why this got switched off without any input from me? I’ve connected to bluetooth to turn it on and reset the connection, neither of which has worked and the mode is still off.

    Device Mac: 44:67:55:10:5B:A2
    Hub Mac: 44:67:55:20:2A:D9

    Any help is appreciated.

Check the status of your batteries. Mine went to off with no warning whatsoever. Took me hours to figure out that a low battery level was the root cause. Once I replaced the batteries, everything was fine again.

Thanks mhilbush! Changing the batteries fixed the issue. When I opened the app, it showed the battery level at 80% but I guess that was just a leftover from the previous time I had checked the app a few months ago. Looks like a pair of batteries lasted about 4 months. Good to know going forward.

    Thanks again.

I updated your Hub’s firmware to the latest that should have better battery life reporting in it.

Let us know if you see any problems.

    Thank you!

Hub has a new version (v23) that’s not been release to all yet but we can push it to your hub. Just need your hub’s Mac Address.

Timer firmware is v32, so that’s current.

    Thanks!
