ParticipantMy timer is set to water even days at 5AM. I see the message on the home screen. The time comes and goes but the watering doesn’t turn on. I installed this timer just one week ago and it worked on April 24th. That was the only time it worked. Manual operation and testing all works.Please help. Thanks.

KeymasterHello Krishdhar, I show no error codes on your timer, and the timer does show that it is running the full duration. Can you phone into our support line while you can be in front of the timer for some troubleshooting? The number is 1-800-488-6156.

It happened again. MAC: 44:67:55:02:36:93 time was scheduled to water at 5AM this morning. Time came and went, no watering. The home screen on the APP shows the watering is scheduled again for 5AM Sunday.MAC: 44:67:55:02:36:93 is set to water EVEN days.

ParticipantI have 2 timers and today the second timer did not water either. MAC 44:67:55:02:E6:EC.
First timer MAC 44:67:55:02:36:93 is set to water EVEN days and the timer says it is scheduled to water tomorrow 5AM. Keeping fingers crossed.
The second timer MAC 44:67:55:02:E6:EC is set to water odd days, but this morning it didn’t.
Now I have this problem with both the timers.Ist timer MAC 44:67:55:02:36:93 watered yesterday(5/8) according to schedule. Let us see what happens tomorrow.
2nd timer MAC 44:67:55:02:E6:EC watered on 5/7 but failed to water today 5/9.I see only one device on the browser app on my computer. The 2nd timer is nowhere to be found. Does this mean the second timer is not seen by the BHYVE server? I can see them connected to my router with good signal strength.
BTW, I called the support number 1-800-488-6156 Monday and waited for half hour in front of the timer with no luck 🙁

ParticipantI am having similar issues with my timer. I can manually activate the Programs and the sprinklers will turn on, but my scheduled programs will not work. The schedule time comes, the timer and app would just move along to the next watering cycle. The sprinklers would not turn on. The MAC address for the sprinkler is: 44:67:55:00:2A:6E

ParticipantThis still happens sometimes after a manual operation. I connect to the device and reset the device connection after a manual operation. So far it is working fine.

ParticipantSame issue. My program ran twice since I got it a few weeks ago. Unplugged it and plugged back in it showed next watering time on screen and watered today. Now its not showing next watering time on screen again and app shows your schedule will begin Saturday. Requested firmware update in the firmware thread.
