arun_rokade, You may want to try unplugging your timers ribbon cable for about 5 seconds. Could you also provide us with your mac address? I tried reinstalling the cable as well as the lithium battery and the controller seems fine now. I am worried that the problem will come back though.

I am having the same issue of the controller restarting after about five seconds in either manual or automatic mode. I have tried removing the ribbon cable, waiting about a minute and reinstalling the cable. No luck.
Maybe a firmware update? The mac address is: 44:67:55:01:E4:4D

I didn’t want to start a new thread as the issues described here seem to be what I am seeing also. I tried pulling the ribbon cable as well as the battery then putting them both back; however it did not resolve the problem. Each time I try to start a watering cycle, the device will switch itself off and back on again after a few seconds.
I’ve tried to update the firmware through the app, but it tells me “Your device is up to date.”. The MAC address for the device is 44:67:55:04:9D:79 and says that it is on version 39 if that helps.
If this is indeed the latest version, is there anything else I can try to resolve the self resetting issue?

I am having the same issue and this is becoming really annoying. It causes me to miss when I can water my lawn and causing damage to it. Example i went to bed last night and the device was online, this morning offline and it missed the watering over night. When i went to the panel this morning i noticed the LCD screen just keeps blinking. I unplugged the device, reconnected the ribbon to make sure it was properly plugged in and the same thing. This is already the 2nd panel i get replaced as the first one i had kept disconnecting from wifi. Is there an issue with this product?Spread the love!
