I have had my 12-Zone timer for around 2 months and after the initial set up I was having problems with the timer only running for 1 second per zone on my scheduled timers. I resorted to manually using the app on my phone to start it before I leave for work every morning, as I was assuming it was user error initially. Now I am unable to connect to my home network, it has lost connection and will not reconnect. Everything on my home network is connected above 200 MBp/s with no issues as well as a Wi-fi range extender near the timer. My timer is indoors and anything else near the timer has no issue with connectivity. I can connect via bluetooth which allows the timer to activate the zones, but only some of the time and even the bluetooth connection will lapse or not be able to connect most of the time.
I’m tempted to take this unit back, ‘upgrading’ to this timer has actually been hurting my lawn (the previous original old 9V unit worked just fine).
Please look into this if possible and advise any updates or things I can try.

@atmosphere801 It looks like your timer never made a full connection. In the app, go to Settings > Devices > Your Timer > Update Wi-Fi Settings. This will re-connect your timer to the Wi=Fi, and then we can go from there and find out what is going on.

Thank you for the quick response!
Initially I did have it connected, after it lost connection I have done a factory reset on the timer I don’t know if that would be why it shows it was never connected.
I have removed the device from my account and tried to reinitialize it, the device is found and when asking for the network it does show the network in available networks. Once I try to connect and enter the network password the loading wheel continues to spin until it times out and says cannot connect to network please try again later.
On the original installation, it was able to connect right away and was online in no-time. Everything had been working now it never gets past the password authentication.

@atmosphere801 I show your timer was connected, but it never had a full connection. I’ve removed the timer so that you can attempt the pairing process again. Please go ahead and do that and let me know if it works.
