    I am having difficulty getting connected to the Android app
    Before I reset everything, can you see MAC 44:67:55:00:FF:52 from your end?
    LCD says its is connected to WiFi and presumably to your server
    Is FW up to date?

    The Mac Address does not appear to have been registered with the server as of now.

    If you want, you can post part of the email address used for your account (just enough to be somewhat unique but not give it all away) and then I can check to see if there’s anything on the account.

    Hmmm, the pairing process seems to get started OK.
    The Timer wifi network starts up (I can see it on my phone wifi list).
    The Timer network appears on the app, but the app is not able to connect to it when I select it.

    The app does work with Android 9 (Pie), yes?
    Any suggestions?

    Well, I thought about my closing question and realized I could check for myself.
    I did, rather than my Android 9 PixelXL I took an older Android Note 4 tablet to the task, Android 5

    Initial pairing and wifi set up worked just as it is supposed to.

    Once paired and connected to the Cloud, the app seems to run fine from the Android 9 Smartphone.

    My FW is a bit out of date, I believe, please update

    MAC address: 44:67:55:00:ff:52
    Firmware Version: 0025 currently

    I updated your timer with the latest firmware version v33, it’s in limited release at the moment but will go out to everyone soon.
