I had this connected then I tried to change the wifi set up and it stopped communicating. I deauthorized it but that didn’t help. Hello bubbaspoppa, you will want to try power cycling your timer. Then push the bhyve button 5 times rapidly in a row to reset and put it into pairing mode. You may also want to try replacing your batteries.Spread the love!July 23, 2018 at 11:54 pm #5116
Thanks for the reply. I’ve done that a number of times. Still can’t get it to connect. I unplugged the hub overnight. When I plug it back in it turns green for two seconds then starts flashing blue. Trying to reset it, it turns red by the third press then goes back to flashing blue.

Ryan, this question is for you; I’ve noticed that you can push a firmware update to my timer. I’ve tried everything from phone support to the unworking “Chat” that nobody answers after 30 mins.
My timer model is 57946, and my MAC address is 44:67:55:03:15:C3. I’m having intermittent wifi connectivity issues, and it seems my firmware is way out of date.

Hello ilan, It looks like you’ve entered most of your address in, and it is now gathering proper information for your devices. If there is an equivalent to a state/prominence where you live you could enter that for more accurate weather readings. You may want to also check the weather station that your timer is puling data from. You can do so by opening your app and going to settings> devices> your timer> weather adjustments> current weather station. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with. Hello jimcheck, your firmware is currently set to the latest version. You may want to check the distance of your timer to you router (should be under about 30ft). You could also try factory resetting your timer, and unplugging the ribbon cable for about 5 seconds. You could also edit your DNS settings on your router to 18.104.22.168 with 22.214.171.124 as a back-up. There is not much else I can do from here outside of firmware updates, so if you continue to have problems please contact our product support line.
