    I have reset the timer and deleted the devices from my phone but I still cannot recconect them, my phone just says cannot find device check that its on and plugged in so I setup a tablet with the app and tried that way but still same message. I have pressed the button 5 times and gotten the blinking red light on both devices, the hub and the timer. I’ve checked my router they are not holding onto an IP. Please help.

    Hub MAC: 44 67 55 21 A6 D8

    Timer MAC: 44 67 55 11 9F 2B

    Please help, I’ve been reading and I think someone can check if they are removed fully from my account but I’m not sure how to contact them.
