I’ve been unable to control my timers using Wifi, so I deauthorized the hub and timers to try to start the process over. I cannot get the app to connect to the hub now. The hub is flashing a blue light, and when I try to add it I get an error saying “Cannot find device. Ensure your Hub is powered on.”

@Generic I have cleared it from our server, so go ahead and try it again. Press the B-hyve button 5 times to put it back in pairing mode, and it should find it and connect right up.

I was able to connect to it, but when I went back a couple days later to add the timers it gave me the same issue. I’m again unable to find the hub or timers. I tried deauthorizing it on the site again but that didn’t work. Is there some other way I can try resetting it from my end, or does an employee have to do it each time?

In the app, you need to deauthorize the hub before you deauthorize the timer. If you don’t have a timer on your account, you won’t be able to see the hub, so your hub will get stuck on the server.

This has also happened to me too. Amazing that a owner needs to write into the forum to fix this

    Help please!
Based on what I have read… Looks like I need my hub reset at the server end? I get the same “cannot find device” trying to set up my hub.
    Thank you!!!

I have found a fix! Re-add a timer into the app. This then shows the hub again, which now that it shows, can be deauthorized. Once this is done, make sure you remove it also from your local network. This completed, then add back the hub using the app. All then functions as it should!
