    I just added a new zone in one of my boxes and ran the wire to the timer. I went to set up the zone in my app but when I click on the “Edit” button on the zone page it shows me a blank page with no options other than “done”. I have 8 zones currently set up and want to set up the 9th. All the zones apear as normal in the zone page but none of them appear in the edit page. Any thoughts here? I can probably set it up manually on the timer but I want the app to work!

    You may just need to update your Wi-Fi settings for your timer. However you may also need a firmware update. please provide me with your timers mac address and I take a look at your timer.

    I was able to resolve the issue yesterday by basically doing a hard reset. I disconnected the timer from my account and set it up again from scratch. Took a bit of work but it worked!
