    I have had issues over and over again with my connection to wifi. I do have Centiey Link internet. The device is found but will not reconnect. Please help

    @joellinker23 I’m unable to find this device on our servers at all, which means that your timer was never fully connected. Do you still have this device? If you contact our support team, they should be able to assist you in getting this fully connected. You will likely need to start from the beginning with your pairing process. Pressing the B-hyve button 5 times will put it back into pairing. Open your app and go to the devices page, tap your timer, and then tap Update Wi-Fi settings.

    If this method does not work, try starting from scratch by tapping “Deauthorize Device”
