We have a Bhyve at our vacation house that has been having wireless issue ever since a couple weeks ago. It would show offile and I had to reset, deauthorize, etc. for it to work again only to get disconnected a few days later. My vacation house is a couple hours away, so we can’t be troubleshooting all the time. It seems to also come online occasionally, since I see that it was last connected on June 2. Nothing changed wit the networking devices, so I’m not sure why I have this issue out of nowhere.

I also have a Bhyve at my primary house and it’s working fine. It did got offline a little, but mostly it is up. One thing I notice is that the firmware on my primary residence is 0031, while the vacation home is 0032. I didn’t do any update myself and I’m not even sure what updates are current.

    Here is the Mac address:
    Primary Residence: 44:67:55:01:7B:90
    Vacation Home: 44:67:55:00:D9:99

Hello ron.smith, If you’ve deauthorized, reset your timer and router, and checked the ribbon cable I would then either contact our support line or email us at [email protected] (all lowercase) for further support. I’ve updated the firmware for your primary residence timer just so you know.

I have the exact same issue at my house with my timer. It’s been a problem for a year and it’s driving me bonkers. It’s offline right now!

Have you reset your timer, router, pulled the ribbon cable, re-paired, and then deauthorized the device and tried to set it up again? If you’re still having issues after that, then either contact our support line or email us at [email protected] (all lowercase) for further support.
