    I posted this on the timer forum and am posting it here as well. After working fine for three weeks after installation of the new timer, I now get “timer offline” messages in the bhyve app. The mac address is 44:67:55:02:cd:da Firmware Debug-10. I’ve tried pairing, power off/on, and it works for a while and then goes offline. The wifi symbol is three arcs, steady, not flashing, no exclamation point. When it is working, the wifi symbol fluctuates between 2 and 4 arcs. I connect with Bluetooth, then pair, the app finds the device and the wifi network, but the app hangs after I input the network password.

    muralirao, your timer needs a firmware update. so once it gets connected to internet we can push that. You may want to try a factory reset, power cycle the timer and your router, and then unplug the ribbon cable. If you need help getting it reconnected to receive the update just let us know.

    Thank you for your reply. I re-started and re-paired and I believe my timer is now connected to the internet, as the app does not say it is offline, and the web account also does not say it is offline. Please update the timer firmware. Thank you. Mac address 44:67:55:02:cd:da.

    It just went offline again. I will try to connect it to internet again. Please keep a look out for the mac address 44:67:55:02:cd:da

    The timer is online now, 3 pm PST< 6/15/18.

    I’ve tried updating it while it was online, and I couldn’t get it. It keeps switching offline. Does your timer have and exclamation mark next to the Wi-Fi symbol on the actual timer?
