    On the app, the battery % shows zero, but I’ve replaced with brand new batteries and the device is working fine. Why is it still showing 0%? I’ve force closed the app, still showing 0%.

    Are you using alkaline batteries, and not rechargeable or so other kind? If not that may be the reason. You could try power cycling your timer, updating your Wi-Fi setting, or update the connection (re-pair, by pressing the button on the timer five times in a row). Please let us know if you have any further issues.
