    Why is my hose time setting itself to auto off??? To be honest i have had so many problems with these timers i wish i could return them. I cant tell you how many times i had to reset them back up because they don’t do simply what they should do and that is water my yard. It’s either the battery has No percent or I don’t get ay notifications or this latest problem. Is there a problem with the timers or software that is running them? At this point i am only venting because i know no one will respond. I have posted 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear anything. And contacting support is useless. They basically say reset every.

    @Stevear35 if the timer is putting itself in off, it is because the batteries are dead. Replacing those should resolve this issue. The app not showing a % is something that we are aware of and we are working on fixing, as well as the notifications.

    I would understand if the Batteries were dead but in this case the battery was showing 27%. I went ahead and replaced them and I was able to turn it back on. The problem I now have is the time will not auto water. I am able to turn it on manually. Any suggestions to correct this??

    I had the same problem and replaced the batteries. It worked for a few days and died on me again. I used eveready energizer batteries.
    Anyway, I replaced the batteries (again!) and the faucet timer kept blinking green and red. I tried many times resetting by pressing 5 times and pulling the battery tray. But it did not do anything at all. I tried to deauthorize and now unable to proceed. I sent email to [email protected] but still waiting for a reply. Can someone look at this problem urgently and help me? I will be travelling and I need to make this work. This is a new unit. I am frustrated that it is eating up a lot of my time.
