I’ve recently purchased the Hose Faucet (without hub). I have a couple of issues.

    1. The apps shows 0% battery, I have tried 2 sets of new batteries.

    2. The app will not reconnect automatically when I am in range of the faucet.

I am using the app on an iPhone 8 Plus wit the latest iOS version.

It’s not even running a simple daily timer. It’s garbage.

    Hello @Simonhancock

We have a new firmware for this timer that is coming out hopefully sometime this week. This should resolve the issues you are seeing with this timer. Please give it a few days and keep an eye out for the update, then update your timer.

I returned it. The timer was setup to refill my chicken’s drinking water, so I couldn’t really risk it not working reliably.

    I have the same issue.

The app shows 0% for the brand new battery. There is a post from Stephen that he updated the firmware of the wifi hub which fix the issue.

    Hi Stephen,
    can you please fix mine.

    MAC Address: 44:67:55:21:60:9a
    Firmware Version: 0022
    Hardware Version: BH1-0001

I have updated the App from App Store. I can see that the WiFi Hub is running Firmware Version 0030 instead of 0022. It may have been upgraded automatically as result of the App update?
The battery display is good now. It shows 100%.

Stan Hui Yes, the firmware updates on its own. When it first rolls out, it can take a few days for your hub to receive the update. As long as they are connected to the internet, the hub will receive the update.
