    Hello
    I own the Orbit 57946 B-hyve.
    Everything was working until today.
    This morning, I tried to log in with the app, but it doesn’t work. I get this message instead: “Request failed. BAD GETAWAY”.
    So I tried to reset the password, but the App says: “Invalid email”
    I tried with the web interface, same results.
    It’s like my account just vanished. Any idea? (I would prefer not to loose all my programs, settings, etc)

    Thanks for posting LVMS and HOSS, I apologize for the issues you experienced. We had a server issue on February 23, 2018 but it is fixed now and you should be able to log into your account. Let me know if you have any further trouble with this. Thanks!
