I apologize for the issues you’ve had with your timer. Thank you for your feedback. I found out from our tech team that the timer has a new fault detection system and will send voltage to each terminal. If it detects there is something attached to that terminal, it won’t send any voltage out. If it doesn’t have anything attached (or in your case, a bad wire) then it’ll appear that voltage is being sent out constantly.
