I’m totally done with this product after 3 years. I see no response from support in over a month. After my last post, I eventually got 1 unit added back to the app after leaving them removed for a few days. However the schedules have not worked once since then, and I’ve had to do manually watering each time. Since about first of September, the manually watering has also stopped functioning. I have to do crazy things to just get manually watering to initiate: pull the batteries, disconnect wifi to bluetooth and back to wifi, or logout/login the app. It is totally erratic. I just initiated a manual watering for today and stopped it once I saw my planters were full. After about 30 minutes, I thought I was still hearing water running thru the house, so I went outside to check and sure enough it was still watering and hadn’t shut the valve off. I had to pull the batteries again to get it reset itself and close the valve. I don’t have time for this anymore and so sick of it. Good thing it’s almost the end of the season, but I will be switching to a different brand come spring 2021.
