JSEMOUR – Agree would really like to know when rain sensor is activated. I looked into the relay possibility but the problem is the relays available are 24 VAC coil maximum 110% of voltage rating or 26.4 VAC max. The actual voltage on B Hyve 24 volts terminals is >29 volts on my system, so the 24 VAC relay would not work in my case unless I provide a dedicated power supply or us a dropping resistor. I don’t know the current rating on the 24 volt output on the B Hyve so I would be hesitant in using it. Like you, I am not sure why they can’t simply display SEN anytime the rain sensor is wet and tripped.
