Here’s what support told me, and it worked for me.
1. Make sure the app is on the exact screen as above.
2. Background the app. (Either tap home button once, or with iPhone 10 or 11, swipe up to home screen.)
3. DO NOT FORCE CLOSE THE APP. Just go back to home screen.
4. Open phone settings.
5. Open “Display and Brightness”
6. Change text size. Does not matter if it is larger or smaller, the customer just needs to change the size.
