BENRITA why do you think I’m a moderator? I’m a disappointed user just like you. What I’m saying is that I tried to set a different zip code (U.S. zip code) on the bHybe app (not on the website). I waited a couple of days and noticed that the weather and watering history worked again from that very day on. Obviously, in the meantime, I didn’t do smart or programmed watering. I only did manual watering.
You don’t have to do this too, because it’s useless.
This is only to demonstrate that, in my opinion, the issue only affects people outside U.S.
