@dainiux I have not seen that this is the actual experience. With a sensor in place, it will act as intended. However, I have seen that the jumper does not always work, which is why we have the backup plan with shutting the sensor terminal off. I show the timer is currently not connected to the internet. Is this an issue at the timer, or an issue with the customers internet?
