We’re looking into it, but I’ve been receiving notifications on my device and I’m on Android 9. what is the MAC ID of your timer and I’ll be able to look into the notification settings on your account.
I spoke with my developer and he said to check all of your notification settings in your phone, and then make sure you don’t have a battery saving option that prevents the app from sending notifications.
