I have had the same issue.
(Right out of the Box)
Never Worked.
Do not get any response from Support emails either.
Have any other experienced this?
Have you had problems getting support to reply to your emails or phone support?
Any supplier can have a faulty unit.
However, “It’s the putting right” the demonstrates a professional solution supplier.
