Over a month and still not resolved.
I was advised to contact H-R Products here in Australia for a replacement, they have been most helpful and seem to think it is app related.
They have advised me that Orbit are seeing the same problem in the US and are looking into the problem.
Notifications are not working at all now, maybe time to get it returned for refund and get another product.
