If the timer is left plugged in the pairing mode will timeout and you’ll need to power cycle it to start again.

I looked for your timer’s Mac Address and didn’t see it so it should be ready to setup just like a new timer.

Please contact our tech support team at 1-800-488-6156, they will be able to help walk you through the process and decide if the timer needs to be replaced or not.
