Please try one more time. I noticed that the timer was missing a name and location, maybe the missing data was causing other errors that weren’t allowing the settings to be updated???
If this still does not get it then we may need to open a support ticket with tech support to get a replacement timer sent out to you.
If you get it connected you may want to put in a new name and location, I set it to our location here in UT just so it had something.
