We were inundated with spam over the last week, we’ve done a lot and continue to work on it to block it but it’s not all blocked yet, hang with us, we’re working on it.

Sometimes there can be a lag in the connection status between the server and the app, sometimes completely killing the app, not just minimizing it then restarting it will force the app to update the connection status.

Let us know if you try this an continue to see this problem. Knowing your phone brand, model and operating system is helpful for us to try to reproduce problems too.
