umm, if the product was so great the support lines shouldn’t be jammed with callers. Nice try on spinning a horrible product and support staff into something it’s not.

Oh BTW: Still on hold. Message said support was available until 6pm MT and it’s past that now so what happens to my call? Still waiting.
