Hello ilan, It looks like you’ve entered most of your address in, and it is now gathering proper information for your devices. If there is an equivalent to a state/prominence where you live you could enter that for more accurate weather readings. You may want to also check the weather station that your timer is puling data from. You can do so by opening your app and going to settings> devices> your timer> weather adjustments> current weather station. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with. Hello jimcheck, your firmware is currently set to the latest version. You may want to check the distance of your timer to you router (should be under about 30ft). You could also try factory resetting your timer, and unplugging the ribbon cable for about 5 seconds. You could also edit your DNS settings on your router to 220.127.116.11 with 18.104.22.168 as a back-up. There is not much else I can do from here outside of firmware updates, so if you continue to have problems please contact our product support line.
