Zer0jb, your hub is no longer connected to we’re unable to update it. You could try resetting it (pushing the button 5 times), and then update your Wi-Fi settings. You may want to edit your DNS settings on your router to 126.96.36.199 with 188.8.131.52 as a back-up, and make sure it’s within 30ft of your router with out too many objects obstructing your signal.
You could also try deauthorizing your hub, and starting from scratch. Please let us know if you need any other assistance.
