Thanks for the reply. I’ve done that a number of times. Still can’t get it to connect. I unplugged the hub overnight. When I plug it back in it turns green for two seconds then starts flashing blue. Trying to reset it, it turns red by the third press then goes back to flashing blue.
I noticed that some people have gotten some kind of cloud reset using the MAC address. Was wondering if that would work. I might just swap it out.
