Thanks for the info. But I already called and connected my device.
I’m using ios iPhone and what the phone support told me to do was
Take off Cellular Data before I connected to Orbit wifi.
1. Do a hard reset hold the reset for 15 seconds and see the screen reset.
2. Close the b hyve app and reopen it.
3. iPhone Settings > Cellular > Celluar Data and make sure its off.
After that, I went to WIFI and connected to the Orbit wifi and proceeded with the rest of the setup.
5-second fix but weeks of research.
