Hello Erica, I apologize for the trouble you’ve had trying to get a hold of us. If you could provide me with you mac address than I can check and see if there are any firmware updates available for your timer. Also edit your DNS settings on your router to 184.108.40.206 with 220.127.116.11 as a back-up, for a stronger connection with your bhyve timer. Unfortunately other than updating your firmware there isn’t much else we can do from here. Should the issue continue you will need to call our product support line.
