If your timer isn’t staying connected/you cant get it to connect try editing your DNS settings on your router to 184.108.40.206 with 220.127.116.11 as a back-up. You could also try factory resetting your timer, unplugging the timers ribbon cable for 5 seconds, and power cycling both your timer and router. If your timer is connected to your network then I can check for any possible firmware updates. Other than that there is not much else we can do from here, so if you continue to have problems please contact our product support line. Our support line isn’t open on Sunday, and only open for half of the day on Saturday.
