kmtracy, If your phone cannot connect to the device it could be a defective unit.
Does your timers program button have A B C D, or just A B C on it? If it has A B C D you don’t need to leave the app page to connect your timer to your phone. If that’s the case try factory resetting your timer, unplug your ribbon cable, and then try to pair your timer again. Make sure your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network before starting the pairing process. If you have any other question’s or need assistance pairing please call in to ur product support line.
