this did not fix the problem. I fiddled with it today and reset the internet connections to the device and the hub. I do not see that the firmware was upgraded as it still has the same info I sent to you prior to the weekend. the app still says my device is “off” and when I toggle back to “auto” it changes it right back to off when it get to the home screen.
My last option I can think of is to deauthorize the devices and reinstall them. The next step after that is to get another timer.
