Hello everyone, If you can’t get your timer to connect there are a few different thing you can do. You can edit your DNS settings on your router to 8.8.8.8 with 8.8.4.4 as a back-up. Try factory resetting your timer, power cycling your timer, unplug your ribbon cable for 5 seconds, and then try updating your Wi-Fi settings. You could also try power cycling your router as well. There is not much else we can do from here outside of the firmware so if you continue to have problems please contact our product support line.
