Hello Serpico, It would probably be best if you called over he phone to speak to an agent. However here are a few things you could try.
If you are able, edit your DNS settings on your router to 220.127.116.11 with 18.104.22.168 as a back-up. You may also want to try and factory reset your timer, unplug your timers ribbon cable for about 5 seconds, and then try updating your Wi-Fi settings. Once it is connected we can check, and see if there are any available firmware updates for your timer if you provide us with your mac address. If you have any other question please just let us know.
