Hola ntranx, I’m sorry but we do not currently have any Spanish speakers in out product support team.
I understand that you lost power for 5 minutes, and ever since then you haven’t been able to connect your timer to Wi-Fi or even return it to its factory settings by pressing the bhyve button 5 times in a row. Please call in o our product support line with an English speaker to verify for a warranty replacement unit. Muchas gracias!
