Currently the timer is only compatible with 2.4 GHz networks which is why the 5 GHz network is not visible. Check your router settings to make sure that there is no MAC filtering enabled that would keep you from pairing to a new device. If you are able change your DNS settings to with as a back-up. If still unable to connect please contact directly via the customer support line.
