I have the same issue and tried calling Customer Support. Spent about 30 minutes on hold and had to hang up. Then I tried to do it with an Online Chat and, after a 20 minute wait, was told I have to be standing next to my timer, which appears to be FALSE based on the comments here.
Is there any way that a support person can look into the issue based on this post?
