I called the toll free number and waited quite a while. The service person noted that their server is behind in bringing on new units and it may be 2 to 3 days. She recommended in the mean time to set up a custom schedule. I gave her the MAC address and she noted the unit needed a firmware update. This is to take 2 to 3 hours to push down and complete. She said that if the smart watering schedule and temp on front page are not updated in 2 to 3 days, please write them with the MAC address in the text requesting technical help to begin the smart watering function.
