If it is not finding the device I have a few suggestions. First factory reset your timer so put it in off mode and hold down the reset button until the whole display appease and it reverts back to auto mode. After that power cycle your timer (just unplug it). While it is unplugged open up your timer and unplug the grey ribbon cable connecting your display panel and timer. It unplugs at the right end that is just above where your wires are inserted. Let it sit for about 5 seconds plug it back in and then plug your timer back in as well. Put your timer into pairing mode and add the device to your account. If you still cannot locate the device after that please contact us either by phone, or email us at [email protected]
