So deleting it from the web fixed my issue. I was able to reconnect the hub (although it still shows on the web as a different timer) and I initially set up one faucet just to connect.
While the operation of the app and needing to go through such hoops to get it to work is frustrating and I hope it improves, I am at least functioning now.
