@sdtoddl, I’ve updated the firmware for all of your devices but the 44:67:55:01:9D:CC timer. this is because it is not connected to internet, and cannot receive the update because of this. the exclamation mark you are seeing means that your timer is connected to your router but not to the internet. You could try resetting your router and timer you may also need to power cycle your devices too. If the issues continue please call your ISP and our product support line.
